Over the one week she was challenged to gain new technical skills, understand materials and how to take an idea to reality. My little girl spent 1 week in Quantum Makers Studio in early Jul 2026 and it's such an amazing experience for her. She had chance to design her stuff, learn skills how to saw, drill... to make her design become REAL! My child is studying here and loves it. The teachers are very enthusiastic and dedicated. A huge plus is that the classes are taught in English by foreign teachers, which is great for language immersion. ​The hands-on activities, from assembling models to coding, are highly practical and spark a lot of creativity in the kids. When I asked what my child likes most about the classes, the answer was, “making, physics, and coding.” That pretty much sums it up— my child genuinely enjoys learning there. My child attended excellent STEM classes in Singapore,  so I had high standards when searching for programs in HCM. My main criterion wasn’t just finding a class that was fun. I wanted a place where kids would actually learn to think, understand concepts, solve problems, and apply what they learn—not just build LEGO models or robots by following instructions. Quantum Makers Studio has been exactly that. The projects encourage children to understand the concepts behind what they’re building, experiment with different ideas, and apply design, coding and physics in meaningful ways. We travel more than 10 km each way for every lesson, and we’ve never regretted the decision. We wished we stayed in Thao Dien to have more than 1 session per week. 1. Ages 5–7

   Young Maker

   Real tools, real materials. Circuits that light up, machines that move, and the first steps into coding.

2. Ages 8–15

   Beginner

   Micro:bit and block coding. Students go from their first circuit to 3D-printed parts and working mechanisms.

3. Ages 9–15

   Intermediate

   Where blocks give way to real code. JavaScript first, then Arduino and C++ on hardware they wire themselves.

4. Ages 10–15

   Advanced

   Students design their own inventions — connected devices, wearables, and machines that can see.

Why Quantum Makers Studio Thao Dien?

Four things that make our classes different from most technology programmes for children in District 2.

Real tools. Real materials.

Children learn by making with real materials, not snapping together pre-made kits. They cut cardboard and wood, build circuits on breadboards where every connection is visible, and learn practical skills like soldering.

Small class sizes

We limit every class to eight students. Teachers can follow every project closely, spot misunderstandings before they become habits, and make sure even the quieter students get space to ask questions and experiment.

Build grit through real challenges.

Projects don’t always work the first time and that’s part of the learning. Instead of fixing problems for students, we guide them to test ideas, troubleshoot, and improve their own designs.

Academic Structure.

Every project begins with understanding. Students explore the concept through a short lesson, reinforce it with guided activities, then sketch and plan their own design before picking up any tools.
